Yesterday Liella and I found this wonderful little pond place at the bottom of the hill. It was so pretty, and it had little minnows swimming around. Only later did we find it was on private property, that's why I'd never seen all of it.

In other news, we finally went to the orientation thing yesterday.. It was fun, but it just reminded me how much of a sports school Milton is.. I was kind of disappointed. Nothing was said about classes, which made me mad, because that's what I thought the trip was going to be about. Unfortunately, it was more of a pep rally. Liella's decided she wants to do step team, which I think is wonderful! I'm still as lost about what I want to do as I was before we went. I know that I'm, officially, not doing band. I've thought about it a lot, and just decided being miserable & nervous isn't what I want. I'd rather try something new. But other than that, I'm totally excited. It's going to be weird for me, to be actually for real, associating with high schoolers. I wish it wasn't March.

Yesterday, we found out we're going to Milton for 9th grade orientation Friday. I'm excited.

I have "the bump" on my nose piercing. I have to do sea salt soaks on it and hope it goes away. It's really gross and looks like a nasty pimple right next to the hole.

Oh, I also made a 70 in algebra! I don't really care what anyone thinks of it, but I'm ecstatic.

I hate entries that are like this.. Just little blips of information about my totally boring life. Uh.. ya.

If you want a layout like the one I have right now, talk to me, I want to make one for someone really bad.

This week was really fun.

sunday - Was Grandaddy's birthday dinner, everyone went out to their house and ate crab & ribs. After we ate, we all went outside and within 20 minutes had started playing this game with the hover disc. We tried to fly the kite & got it up a few times, but it really wasn't windy enough for it to really go anywhere. I spent the night that night, which leads us into

monday - We went up to Brewton (Memaw & I) to go look for clothes. The shop was really bizarre and uncomfortable, it's kind of hard to go into detail about that.. I found a couple shirts and the pants I got were the wrong size. We walked over to the Wal-Mart that was in the same shopping center, I just got some hemp & a shirt.. Yeah

tuesday - Memaw, Grandaddy, and I went to Pensacola to get his birthday present. We had to get it at the sporting goods store.. meh. He showed me the types of knives you use to skin a deer, yay! We headed over to Cordova and I got a shirt and some new vans (finally). I saw Dalton in Old Navy & the food court.. it was weird seeing him out of school, he looked normal.. and kind of cute.. aw.

wednesday&thursday - Came home tuesday afternoon so Wednesday was just a chill day. I didn't really do anything, but I finished up my room, which I'll have picture of later. Thursday, I went over to Liella's house which was just the normal thing.

& I posted about yesterday already & tonight I think we're just going over to Cindi's.. I really really don't want to go back to school Tuesday.. god.

We went to the beach yesterday.. it was fun, but I'm glad we don't live down there like a lot of Daddy's friends do.

I also took some polaroids with my polaroid mommy got me at a thrift store(!) The film it had in it was from like 2001 so unfortunately the pictures were distorted, but they still look cool. I'll scan them next time I go to Memaw's.

I've been thinking a lot of my room and how I want to arrange it. When I started thinking about that, I started thinking about how great it would be if I could have a computer in my room. I had one in it about a year ago, the only computer in the house, which wasn't a good idea because a) my room was still horribly messy (this was before I painted and totally gutted it) and b) I never did homework or anything because I stayed on it constantly. Now, after a year, I think I could handle having one again because I don't do as much lurking and useless pondering as I used to do. So, the only problems are not having the money to get a new one and supply it with internet & not really having a space for it. I don't think I'd want a desk though, I'd go for a laptop, which my mom disagrees with because when I go to college I'll have to get a new one.. So I don't know, this was probably useless rambling.

I really would like to get a polaroid soon, any suggestions as far as models?
I'm also planning to get a lomo camera.

But, WHERE AM I GOING TO GET ALL THIS MOOLAH?!
Anyone know of a way to get some money? I've been thinking about jobs, which I can have now (!) the only things I know of are working at the grocery store and the movie theater, which I don't know if they even hire @ 14, it's just what I heard. So help me.

I have new layout. It's pretty 5W33T! I made it myself.

Today my plans are just to work on finishing my room & stuff. I think I've finally reached the point where I'd made all the possible functioning arrangements in there, so now I think I need to get rid of a piece of furniture or something. It's pretty crowded up in there. But now, I have a real closet! Which I haven't had since 4th grade or something.

I'm working right now on getting a Ryan Adams discography together, only problem is I can't find my copy of Rock N Roll, so I might have to download that whole album, and after I get everything I'll just mkae on huge zip file? I'm not sure, but for right now I'm doing seperate albums, I post the links later on when I have all of them.

I wish everything wasn't so fucking shitty.

Ellys & I have been helping this teacher put up a bulletin board in her room during second the past few days, so today I asked why we weren't going and Ellys said that Mrs. Smith didn't need any more help until after spring break, so I was like, "Alright". Then she was like, "You can't go to Mrs. Smith's anymore." and I said, "Huh?" and she said, "She said you were too bossy and didn't want you to come back to her room." What the fuck. Sup 3rd grade?! You know, I'm sorry I don't want to use the fucking stupid crinkle scissors on everything. It looks tacky, and I don't want my name on anything that looks like fucking shit. I feel really bad that a teacher would say that about me, too... I don't know why it got to me so much, but it did. I started crying, then I felt really stupid for letting my gaurd down and letting everyone see me like that.

I came home because I didn't feel good & Liella wasn't there so I didn't see the point in staying. It was all very awkward & horrible.

I just want someone to talk to.. that'll listen to everything I have to say, no matter how selfish or ridiculous it sounds. That's it.

I wish we could take a trip to California.. Mom talks about how she'd like to visit San Diego again.. I wish she knew how amazing that would be for me..
I used to not care about that fact that we don't really travel, but recently it's been getting to me. I know money is the biggest factor.. and I really wish it wasn't.. Oh, well.

I've made this huge deal about cleaning out my closet, and now I'm so overwhelemed and my room is just this huge mess or dust and tiny clothes. Pretty depressing, really.

There was a house fire in my neighborhood today. It really was a slap in the face when I walked down to see what was going on.. The whole inside was just black and the side of the house next door was totally melted. I don't even know how to talk about it..

I've been thinking quite a lot about classes next year and think I've finally decided on a few choices;

Now, I'm not sure about the extra stuff, but the basic four are pretty much decided. :]

I feel like I'm changing.. I'm not sure why I just do. I think it's a good change though, getting away from all my negativeness & sullenness. But, I don't know, we'll just have to wait and see.
All the testing went alright, I loved having a different lunch group.. It felt really awkward and weird today at the regular table since I hadn't been there..

I realized today how bad I want summer. I miss the sunshine, but not the hot. I always seem to get sad when people in the North talk about how much their love their summers which are like 80° tops.

I'm too tired for all this thinking.
